When you make the bank transfer, do not forget to include your name and the client number.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

The freight charge and taxes are included in the mentioned prices.
There are no additional expenses on these prices.

The right of disagreement is excluded because ours are products that get damaged quickly.

If you wish, you can personalise the content of the basket every week; you can do it 3 days before the delivery date.
In case we could not provide some of the requested products because of weather problems, Recapte would increase the weight of the rest of products in the order.

Once the box has been received if the goods are in bad condition, you won’t be charged for this box.

The delivery hours are from Tuesday to Friday in the morning or in the afternoon (it can be any day the customer chooses). If the box is delayed more than 48 hours because of any reason not attributable to the customer (for example, when the customer is not in when the delivery takes place), we would not charge anything for it.

If there is a holiday during the week, the delivery date will be delayed one day in relation to the arranged date.

The customer can personalise the content of the basket every week three days before the delivery date. The ten articles that make up the basket can be chosen among the variety of products that we have at the customer’s disposal.

If you don’t want to receive the box one week, you should also tell us three days before the delivery date.
